Your purchase is for the service of photography. Once we have photographed the game, your request is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend the tournament, you can get a full refund if you inform us 72 hours or more prior to the event.
In the rare event that we are unable to photograph the match, you will receive a full refund. Please note, being unable to photograph refers to situations where no photographs were taken, not cases such as "He/She didn't play" or "I decided not to order."
Reshoots or additional photos are available at our discretion. We aim to provide the best service and accommodate your needs where possible.
The photographs on our site are fully representative of our work, but they should not be considered a guarantee that the photos from your match will look exactly the same. Each match has unique conditions and levels of play, which can affect the final images.
